This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

 

1. Cancellations and Refunds

1.1. Gladical Sense does not accept cancellation and refund requests for services, except under special circumstances. Even in such cases, refunds will not be granted. Instead, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment within 90 days of placing the order.

1.2. Refunds will only be initiated in the following scenario:
– The client has canceled or rescheduled the appointment at least six hours before the scheduled appointment time.

1.3. In the event that an appointment needs to be canceled or postponed by Gladical Sense, we will make every effort to inform you in advance. You will then have the option to reschedule your appointment or request a refund.

 

2. Rescheduling/Updating

2.1. Clients are permitted to reschedule appointments up to six hours before the scheduled appointment time. Once a cancellation and refund have been processed, rescheduling is not allowed.

2.2. When rescheduling an appointment, you may choose a different date and time with the same physical health expert or select a different expert altogether.

2.3. If the rescheduled appointment incurs any additional charges or fees, we will either collect the differential amount or refund the excess, as applicable.

 

3. Refunds

3.1. Upon the receipt of a valid cancellation request, Gladical Sense will initiate a refund using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

3.2. Typically, all refunds are processed within 14 to 21 working days from the date the refund is initiated at our end.

3.3. Please note that any delays in crediting the refunded amount to your credit card account or bank account are beyond our control and may be due to the Payment Gateway or your issuing bank.

3.4. A refund reference number will be provided to facilitate communication with your bank or financial institution.

3.5. No refunds or cancellation requests will be entertained for payments made against bills or services already received.

3.6. Under no circumstances will cash be refunded for any cancellations.

 

4. Changes to This Refund Policy

4.1. Gladical Sense reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.

4.2. We will notify you of any significant changes to this refund policy via email and/or by prominently displaying a notice on our Service prior to the change becoming effective.
